We are proud to offer “Free Shipping” on all parts and accessory orders over $50. Exceptions do apply specifically to oversize and overweight items.
Examples of Exception items.
Any item or package over 20lb
Oversize items include roofs, Windshields, Wheel kits, Frames, Body panels, Doors. If your order item is over 48” x 48” then its likely going to be an exception. Feel free to contact us prior to ordering for validation.
In the event we receive an order that contains an oversize item we will contact you with a shipping quote before we process your order.
We do our very best to point out all oversize items on our website however we list thousands of items and given the volume its easy for them to be missed. Again we will always contact you with a shipping quote before we process your order to ensure you are aware of any shipping charges.

So whether you have ordered the wrong part, Got the year or color wrong don’t sweat it, Simply contact us within 14 days and we will gladly take the item back and provide a full refund.
Please be aware that we are a reseller, So if your incorrectly ordered parts arrives back to us in great shape then we can easily return it, The returned items need to be in the original packaging and remain in like new condition. Please be careful when opening your items so that you can return easily and hassle free to us. Items that do not meet the above criteria will be subject to a 20% restock fee should the supplier charge it to ourselves. With all returns the customer is responsible for return shipping.
To initiate a return, Email firstname.lastname@example.org with the following:
Full name – Email address – Web order number – Phone number - Reason for return and a picture of the item you are wanting to return.
Once we have received your return information we will contact you with a progress update.
Whilst we love the shipping companies, Mistakes happen. Should your package arrive and have clear damage we ask that you take pictures of the damaged package before you open your item.
Once you have taken pictures, Simply proceed to open your order and contact us should your items be damaged in any way.
If you receive a damaged item and have the pictures of your package prior to being opened its real simple for us to refund and or exchange.
If your items arrive damaged in a box or package that shows no sign of damage simply email us pictures of the item and item damage so that we can determine where the damage originated from. We will then contact you with further instructions.
USED PARTS AND CLEARANCE.
Are sold as is. Unwanted used parts and clearance items can be returned but will be charged a 20% restock fee and instore credit only issued in return.
All orders received before noon that are in stock will ship the same day. All orders received after this that are in stock will ship the following day.
We are closed Sunday and Monday. So no order processing will occur during these times.
Non in stock items that need to be ordered by ourselves and placed with our suppliers are typically received by ourselves 3 to 5 days after order placement depending on the warehouse that ships them. Email email@example.com for order ETA and updates. We are not responsible for back orders. In the event that any order is back ordered we will update you quickly with a back order ETA date.
We will gladly refund your order should you need to cancel it however we wish to point out that we are a reseller. If you need to cancel an order that has left our distributor and is on its way to us you will be refunded your full amount less the shipping return fee. Any order cancelled before leaving the distribution center will be refunded 100% no questions asked. The bottom line? If you order in error please let us know FAST. The longer it takes you to cancel an order the less likely we will be able to get 100% of your money back.”
